Simha Jeweller: Shipping policy :
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are delivered within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of
purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of
registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
Return and Refund
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy for all gold and silver coins and bars once an order is confirmed.
This policy is in place because these products are subject to real-time market price fluctuations.
- No Cancellation / No Return
Orders for coins and bars cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once placed.
We do not accept returns for:

Price fluctuations after purchase
Preference for a different weight, design, or purity
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For your protection and ours, we require customers to:
Record a clear unboxing video while receiving and opening the parcel.
The video must:
Show the parcel’s outer condition and intact seal
Capture the full unboxing process without cuts
Clearly display the item received
This video will be the only valid proof for raising any claim in case of:
Wrong product delivered
Physical damage or tampering during transit

We ship all products after strict quality checks and tamper-proof packaging.
In case of a genuine issue supported by video proof, we will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
Resolution may include replacement (subject to stock) or refund of the exact purchase amount.
